M1 Skillnet engaged Pennypop to deliver a practical digital marketing workshop for a cohort of 15 wellness professionals, including small business owners operating in health, fitness and wellbeing services. Participants had varying levels of digital capability and required practical guidance on improving their online presence, attracting new customers and adopting digital tools to support business growth.

Pennypop designed and facilitated an interactive workshop focused on practical digital marketing strategies that participants could implement immediately within their businesses.

The workshop encouraged discussion, practical demonstrations and real-world examples, enabling participants to evaluate their own digital presence and identify priority actions for implementation.
Outcome
Participants left the workshop with a clearer understanding of their current digital capability and practical actions to strengthen their online presence, improve customer engagement and introduce AI-powered tools into their marketing activities.
The programme provided attendees with an achievable digital action plan tailored to the needs of small wellness businesses, supporting improved digital confidence, increased marketing effectiveness and greater operational efficiency.
