Becoming Pennypop
Prior to the launch of Pennypop in 2022, Iris had spent over 16 years working as the Head of Marketing in some of the country’s most successful brands across the hospitality, retail, oil and construction industries.
Pennypop specialises in helping construction firms and organisations delivering mission-critical environments grow their brand, attract clients, and communicate expertise effectively. We combine strategic insight with creative execution to ensure businesses stand out in competitive, high-stakes industries.
With over 20 years of experience in PR, Communications, Events, and Marketing, Pennypop was founded to support business brands at every stage. For founder Iris Wade, it has been a way to follow her passion for helping SMEs get on their feet with marketing and branding while sharing her experience across multiple sectors. Working with ambitious, inspiring business leaders continues to motivate her, while also allowing the flexibility to raise her daughter. It has truly been a win-win.
