Iris Kavanagh MSc – Founder

Meet Iris Kavanagh, a marketing & communications professional and Owner of Pennypop. Iris has working in Marketing for over 18 years. With a wealth of experience in senior positions across a range of industries – including construction. retail, hospitality and utilities – Iris has made a name for herself as a leader in the field.

But it’s not just her professional accomplishments that make Iris stand out. She’s also a force for good, named Corporate Citizen of the Year by the Irish Cancer Society and Environmental Manager of the Year by the Irish Hospitality Institute for her work developing sustainable programs for business.

Not one to rest on her laurels, Iris is constantly expanding her knowledge, holding a Masters in Digital Marketing and Data Analytics, as well as a Executive Diploma in Strategic Digital Marketing and a Diploma in Public Relations and Event Management. She’s also a proud member of MII and PRII, and a mentor to up-and-coming marketing professionals. Iris founded the Louth Business Network, focused on connecting business, communities and people in the Louth area.

When she’s not busy running her marketing agency, Pennypop, Iris is a director at KC Services Ireland, a family events and corporate services business alongside her husband. And when she’s not working, Iris is a proud mother, dog-lover, and adventurer who’s always up for a trip to the countryside or a good tune. Living in Louth, Iris is passionate about marketing and helping businesses succeed.

Jade – Marketing Executive & PA

Jade is our Marketing Executive & PA to Iris Kavanagh. Jade is a native of Meath in Ireland, with a background in Marketing and Retail, Jade has experience and training in Search Engine Marketing Introduction, Digital Marketing Analytics, Content Creation, Digital & Social Media Planning.

In her role, Jade is responsible for supporting clients in their content strategy and developing the Pennypop brand with the  team. Jade is a great asset to our team as a diligent and friendly team member.

Anna – Content Executive 

Anna is our Content Executive and has a background in Digital Marketing and Customer Experience and Management. She has worked with several companies all over the world in the fields of VR and 3D simulators across oil and gas, retail, art and chemical technologies and has been with Pennypop, pretty much since we launched.

In her role, Anna is responsible for supporting clients in their content strategy and developing the Pennypop brand alongside the rest of the team. Anna is a great asset to our team as a creative, easy-going and passionate person.

Graphic Designers 

Our highly skilled Graphic Designers have significant experience in graphic design and graphic video, their passion for creative design is evident in all of our work.

Our Graphic Designers are responsible for developing the Pennypop brand and supporting clients in developing their brands. They are trained in web design, video graphics and In design and are talented members of the Pennypop team.

Web Development Team

Our Web Development team is a dynamic group, committed to crafting powerful online experiences for our clients. By combining creativity, technical prowess, and a customer-focused approach, we ensure that client brands make a lasting impact on their target audience.
