Working with the CIF (Construction Industry Federation) , in March 2025, we once again managed their International Women’s day event. We wanted to support the team in making this their biggest IWD event to data, and to get the event trending on the day again, for our fourth year working with them.
Event preparation began in October 2024 with the team as we worked to design the event theme in line with their brand guidelines, design sponsor packages to attract supporters, book and manage the venue and liaise with vendors to execute this year’s event.
We partnered with our suppliers on AV, Photography and event theme partners to create a floral display and props, creating those ‘instagramable’ images of the event which could be shared.
In addition, we managed the social media strategy, content and posting pre, live and post event activity.
The event sold out in record time with 21 Sponsors on board to support the event, held in the Johnstown Estate in Enfield.
The highlights from the day included:
- 650 attendees in the room
- 180 viewers on live stream
- 21 sponsors
- 2 Government Ministers in attendance
- 25 TY Students
